Professional Process Services does not subcontract. Your collateral is recovered by our employees, utilizing company owned equipment, insured by PPS insurance, and stored in PPS storage facilities. When you give PPS an assignment, PPS recovers your collateral, not a subcontracted tow operator lacking proper training, insurance and motivation.
Professional Process Services will perform photo inspections, condition reports, and field calls of any magnitude to suit the clients needs and situation. PPS can manage a foreclosed property or store and recondition and remarket any collateral that we recover. We also provide transportation services to any auction in the country as well as to our clients facility.
Your assignments are investigated and researched immediately upon receipt. In the event the collateral is not recovered, detailed updates are provided to the client until the account has been resolved.
When we recover the collateral, we bill a reasonable, predetermined, flat rate and that is all!
